VegaStars $20,000 Referral Tournament – Terms &Conditions
Promoter: Vegastars (“we/us”). By participating, you agree to Vegastars’ General Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
Promotion Period: 09 March 2026 00:00 UTC to 15 March 2026 23:59 UTC. Vegastars’ systems are the official timekeeper.
Eligibility: Open to customers 18+ with an account in good standing. Not available to self-excluded players or accounts that are suspended/restricted/under investigation at the time prizes are awarded. We may refuse entry or disqualify participants where reasonably necessary for integrity, security, or compliance.
How to Participate: Use your unique Vegastars referral link to refer new players during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Referral (Leaderboard Point): Each Qualifying Referral = 1 point. A referral qualifies only if the Referred Player:
- registers via your unique referral link;
- deposits at least $20 AUD (or equivalent); and
- completes required checks to Vegastars’ satisfaction, including KYC / identity verification and Level 2 (Proof of ID) where requested.
KYC / Level 2 Proof of ID: We may request Proof of ID and/or additional documents at any time. If requested verification is not completed successfully, the referral will not qualify, points may be removed, and any related prize may be withheld or forfeited.
Prizes & Leaderboard: Players are ranked by total Qualifying Referrals earned during the Promotion Period. The Top 50 share a $20,000 prize pool per the published prize breakdown on the promotion page. Ties may be resolved by tie-break rules and/or prize sharing at our discretion.
Anti-Abuse/Disqualification: We may review, adjust, remove, or reverse referrals/points/prizes if we identify or reasonably suspect abuse, including (without limitation): self-referrals, duplicate/multiple accounts, fake/manipulated identities, collusion/referral rings, misuse of payment methods, chargeback abuse, or any breach of our Terms/policies. We may use device/IP/payment/behavioural indicators to assess eligibility.
Payout Timing & Withholding: Prizes are credited within up to 3 business days after the Promotion Period ends, subject to verification and fraud/AML checks. We may delay, withhold, cancel, or reclaim prizes where eligibility is not met or abuse is found.
Changes/Suspension/Cancellation: We may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary for fairness, security, compliance, or operational reasons, with appropriate notice where practicable.
Final Decision: Our decisions on eligibility, leaderboard standings, and prize distribution are final acting reasonably and in good faith.
